table formatting is messed up when there are errors

Describe the bug
When there are errors are returned from a connection in an aggregator, they are shown after the table of results, but the table is improperly formatted (it wraps)

Steampipe version (steampipe -v)
commit 618f746 (HEAD -> add_support_for_connection_groups, origin/add_support_for_connection_groups)

To reproduce
create an aggregator connection, where one of the connections will throw an error, and query the aggregator connnection in steampipe

Expected behavior
table should be properly formatted

this issue refers to an unreleased version of steampipe
