Describe the bug
We were not showing control descriptions when running a check command in CSV output mode.

Steampipe version (steampipe -v)
Example: v0.7.1

To reproduce
Run any control with flag --ouput=csv

Expected behavior
Descriptions columns should not be empty while running controls and pulling the output in a CSV file.
