Proposal: touchswipe adding in bootstrap.js

hey guys, I been thinking of bootstrap framework includes touchswipe pluging that already exist in touchswipe making the bootstrap framework more complete than ever imagined. @mattbryson i think is a excellent jquery pluging that bootstrap can take advantage of his popularity, an satisfy more developers can make great projects.

@hnrch02 I correct it, I think this is catchy for the users and just recommend for make bootstrap responsive wrap more nicely in mobile devices.
