**/.* ignores build files

If you download the package from Bower you won't get .csscomb.json, .jshintrc and so on. **/.* ignores all dotfiles, but it just have to ignore .travis.yml and .git*.

I assume we can just address this with .*? Or do we need to use /.* as the catchall?

That said, I don't know that we need these as part of a Bower install.
