python/OutputContainers.ipynb
run the 1st cell. most of the output is missing. see all the JS console errors.
also fix:

FileNotFoundError                         Traceback (most recent call last)
<ipython-input-2-473055d644b2> in <module>()
----> 1 rates = pd.read_csv('resources/data/interest-rates.csv')
