Loss of focus in the save dialog was a bug in Angular UI/Bootstrap - angular-ui/bootstrap#1696
It was broken, then fixed, then they broke it again and now it's fixed again.
I'm not so happy to be upgrading this again but I don't think we have other acceptable options.
I tested with performance notebook, a couple of tutorial notebooks and some newly created notebooks and couldn't find a new problem.
