Should just have the standardised emoji by default.

This way we can also change how they work a bit. Custom emoji could still map a name to an image. The builtins could be related to a unicode sequence, then we can turn both the :name: and the unicode sequence into a url like /assets/emoji/${stringifiedUnicodeSequence}.png.

will use twemoji most likely because they are up to date, not as detailed as joypixels, and have easy licencing requirements
