Missing Reload options on right clicking refresh button

Describe the bug

I have ungoogled chromium 125.0.6422.113, when i right click the refresh button on the top left, it shows options for normal reload, but also hard reload and clean cache and hard reload, i think this functionality is also present by default in google chrome (but not sure)
However, in cromite when i right click the refresh button, nothing happens, was this functionality removed or something?

It is present in every Chromium browser, but you need to open dev tools first. In ungoogled, the following patch enables this without opening dev tools: https://github.com/ungoogled-software/ungoogled-chromium/blob/master/patches/extra/ungoogled-chromium/enable-menu-on-reload-button.patch
