commit: 5a49530
builder: https://github.com/uazo/cromite/actions/runs/11258576972
release: https://github.com/uazo/cromite/releases/tag/v129.0.6668.101-5a4953031c9c9322dda2d3bba3ef23d33c753005

changes:

  • bump to 129.0.6668.101
  • d3f961d Eyeo Adblock for Cromite: use cromite.org as the source of the default lists
Welcome screen: changed urls to better explain privacy policies
Try distribution with google play #466
404 links at Welcome screen #594
  • 12db405 Enable HighEfficiencyMode by default: activation of auto freeze in background tabs with high CPU consumption.
Only valid for desktop platform: activation of auto freeze in background tabs with high CPU consumption, which is not visible from the ui and therefore not user controllable. The feature is controlled by the "freezing-without-battery-saver" flag active by default.
  • b91e36a Modify default preferences: enable https only mode by default
activated (without my knowledge!) by chromium in incognito mode for several releases, I also activate it for normal mode.
Cromite seems to default to HTTP #1078
    Change Cromite Default Settings #1237
  • be4a5be Enable network isolation features: activation of kSplitCacheByNavigationInitiator
Generates a cache key isolating all requests per initiator. Requests with initiators with an opaque origin are not cached.
  • 6144348 Add custom tab intents privacy option: added setting for handling ephemeral CCT tabs even without opening always incognito.
Added option to set as default browser (otherwise cct will not work!)
Compatibility between open external tab in incognito and custom tab intents #507
  • 4a08456 Enable Android Dynamic Performance Framework: added code to force a build error when the method for blocking use is introduced
  • 94ca3a1 Cromite Branding improve settings ui: adaptations for "Add custom tab intents privacy option" privacy settings
  • 2eeef31 Use browser navigation handler: added a flag in the settings to restore the pre-A12 navigation mode. (new patch).
Pulling the edge to the right will go backwards, pulling it further forwards.
  • 1cd27c8 [DOCS] Removed "Disable AMP by default" and "Remove Google Accounts private API" only for desktop
