Describe the bug

Cromite doesn't allow to take screenshots in incognito mode even when Incognito Screenshot flag is set to Enabled. This was working before but stopped some time ago. I tried to clear the cache and revert back to normal mode and back to incognito with no luck.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Configure Cromite to always work in Incognito mode
  2. Next, navigate to chrome://flags/#incognito-screenshot and change it to Enabled. Restart Cromite afterwards.
  3. Try to take a screenshot in incognito mode. It will still not allow saying "this action is not allowed by the app or your organisation"

Expected behavior

Cromite should respect chrome://flags/#incognito-screenshot flag and allow screenshots in incognito mode when the flag is set to Enabled.
