start an about page

I would like to replace the "mission" page with an "about" page. I started making some small edits here. I suspect this will break the "Read our mission" button on the front page, could we swap this for a "About our group"

We can do this whenever @lheagy but I also have some work in progress that will allow you to remap the site navigation links (top bar) and the hero unit buttons. This seems like it would be more convenient rather then having broken links while we sync things up.

otherwise if you want this change out asap, I suggest you add the about page, leaving the mission page in place and publish that first, then i'll update the links for you and you can delete mission on another cycle.
