bStats（Metrics）を追加する。
プラグイン起動時に、bStatsに情報をアップロードし、LunaChatがどれくらいユーザーに使用されているのかを把握できるようにする。

bStatsのURLは　https://bstats.org/plugin/bukkit/LunaChat/7936
しばらくはbStatsへ記録しつつ様子見とする。
