FIX: CAVE2Manager now checks camera configuration and correctly applies getReal3D camera in editor non-simulator mode and CAVE2 deployment

FIX: Additional warnings if the camera configuration or player controller setup is incorrect for CAVE2 deployment

Installation:
Option 1) For a full Unity project with examples download 'omicron-unity-withExamples-v2.0b2.zip'
Option 2) To add to an existing Unity project, download 'omicron-unity-v2.0b2.zip' and extract into the Assets folder
