Here's the pull request for Canvas, now called ofxFensterCanvas. I've done some very basic refactoring (renaming, DRYing it up a little, un-singleton-ization), and added an example app. Our other conversation brings up a lot of good points for further refactoring, but I wanted to get this to you asap. This pull request includes acknowledgement of my client Pivotal Labs for donating the code that I wrote on their time, which is also why I'm sending this pull request through their account.
