This PR manually bumps zip from 1.1.4 to 2.2.0 2.2.12.2.2 because renovate seems to have a problem with updating this crate (#6426).

GNU testsuite comparison:

Skipping an intermittent issue tests/timeout/timeout (passes in this run but fails in the 'main' branch)

i would prefer this issue is fixed before upgrading:
zip-rs/zip2#247
