Problem
Currently when importing or exporting annotations in the
NifTIformat, it's assumed the primary plane of theNifTIvolume is axial. This is not always the caseSolution
This PR determines the primary axis of imported & exported
NifTIvolumes as annotations from the affine matrix. It uses this to correctly slice and scale the volumes on import and exportChangelog
