Updated some dependencies to be up to date:

Updated to the latest major ^7.0.0
Dropped support for Node.js < 8

`jsonfile`

Updated to the latest major ^6.1.0
Dropped support for Node 6 & 8

`semver`

Updated to the latest major ^7.0.0
Dropped support for very old node versions

`rimraf`

Updated to the latest major ^3.0.0
Dropped support for Node.js < 6

`update-notifier`

Updated to the latest major ^5.0.0
Dropped support for Node.js < 10
