Baker isn't ran using command: serverless offline #46

Describe the bug
The secrets baker is ran alongside serverless-offline if you use the command serverless offline start but not the short-hand command serverless offline

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use command serverless offline and you'll see the baker isn't ran, and no secrets file generated.

Expected behavior
It should be ran with both commands

please complete the following information:

  • OS: OSX
  • serverless framework 2.31.0
  • serverless-secret-baker 2.0.0
  • Node 15.12.0
  • NPM/Yarn 7.6.3
