Would it be possible to add a dropdown to select which version of k8s is installed? At any time Kubernetes supports 3 minor versions currently 1.27, 1.26, 1.25 (https://kubernetes.io/releases/). The recipe installs the very latest which is not supported by some of the tools I'm installing. This leads to me just spinning up a handful of VMs and installing k3s which works but I'm just trying to spin up an environment for testing then destroy it when I'm done which seems like a great use of the canned recipes.

Thanks,
Justin
