Description

I tray to use it to download file. And got some errors
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

it seems that because the ftp server's respanse packet has some sepecial string which can't be coverted into UTF-8 string.

version: "4.5.*"
os: windows
my ftp server: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rmt5prd7aueasdu/HomeFtpServer.exe?dl=0
