访问流量转发或TProxy 端口导致死循环 #2244

当客户端请求192.168.1.1:7892的连接时，Clash会将请求转发到7892端口，导致转发死循环，CPU占用率100%，内核日志重复出现：

2022-04-09 11:37:10 level=info msg="[TCP] 192.168.1.1:43646 --> 192.168.1.1:7892 match SrcIPCIDR(192.168.1.1/32) using DIRECT"

在rules中添加 - DST-PORT,7892,REJECT 可以解决此问题
