[BUG] USB CDC/chardev is broken #111

The FW change to using TinyUSB broke the CDC chardev implementation because it was a tightly coupled reverse-engineer.

Probably best to scuttle it all and start with a clean slate - and maybe just get USBIP working instead since that has less overhead... 🤔
