Loading a .BBF with an update file on the virtual USB doesn't seem to work - bootloader hangs and/or runs very slowly.

No update files are detected.

Perhaps faulty USB reset? Could also be incorrect USB behaviour...

Have a fix for this, though note that after flashing #85 sometimes shows up and causes a reset loop or hard fauilt...
