The clusterIP for services is always deleted on restores, which has the effect of turning headless services into non-headless. The delete should only be for non-headless.

i.e. don't delete it if the value is None

Deleting the clusterIP field when the service should be headless will
cause it to be assigned a new IP on restore; instead it should retain
the headless state after restoration.
