Broken layout for sideArticle (and sideImage) block when the paragraph is "short" #30

If no textual elements "pushes" the width of the content to "100%" then the sideArticle/sideImage blocks fallback to a mobile layout.

This is a regression introduced in 1.2 and 1.3 code (mainly because of new "ltr" "rtl" code)
