Description

The screen statistics will b completely remodelled to a new structure, while not yet in production we already know what will be the API.
The base will be this project: https://github.com/dssg-pt/Docker_COVID_API

Since for now, it is not deployed we can however have the docker image locally and develop locally accordingly.

Changes needed*

• New APIService dedicated to this new endpoint
• Models to parse the information
• Include the latest changes to the App Bloc
