This maintenance release will bring SQLAlchemy 2.0 support.

Support for Python 3.6 was dropped, however, Falcon 2.0 and SQLAlchemy 1.3 still remain supported.

Support for asyncio (ASGI Falcon + SQLAlchemy's async engines) is expected to land in 0.5.0.
