*These need to be added to the changelog. (That's the change requested before merge).
*Somehow they got piled onto an old branch, instead of through a new branch based on master. That seems to happen sometimes, but it makes life complex. On the other hand it shouldn't affect this particular issue so let's deal with it offline
- Think it would help to be clearer whether resource-hints or this spec is considered normative from the perspective of HTML. Maybe have non-normative content describing the things that are normatively defined elsewhere - but it needs a normative reference...
But mostly looks good - thanks!
