TTML2 2nd Edition

Implementation Report

All tests are now completed in the w3c/ttml2-tests repo

Status of this? @cconcolato volunteered to update it with the tests as we expect them to be.

There have been changes made recently, showing one passing implementation for most tests at

Virtual TPAC 2020 Planning

Now is the time for the Chairs to be arranging joint meetings at virtual TPAC this year.

In USA DST ends on Sunday 1st November.
Japan has no DST.
TPAC's breakouts week covers Thursday 29th October.
