Rewording of intro and all bullets except the last one.
Added notion of "perimeter" for clarity. Made perimeter a defined term that includes a calculation Revised 'focus indication area' to 'focus indicator', although I believe neither is needed, as the revised SC is currently proposed.

I disagree that we should be including the formula for perimeter. This is well-understood outside of WCAG. |
