Description
The aim of this PR is to add the logic in the Wazuh Installation Assitant to check the removal of the central components. If the removal is not done correctly, a warning message is generated.
In case of RPM-based system, some new code has been added. In #1493 it was observed that the YUM lock blocks the command, so it is necessary to check the YUM lock before the removal and the check of the package.
Testing
Some testing has been performed in #2574 (comment).
