Publishing iText 4.2.*

Hello community members,

I had a nice patch from glarfs and built it; unfortunately, I got caught on a snag and then got busy with my work schedule... I've finally figured out the publishing process again and published the null pointer fix that he submitted to me about a month ago.

You should see it on the central maven repository shortly.
