Please check each of these points carefully:
- Other devices connected via USB? --> remove them and check if that fixes the issue
- checked for undervoltage in dmesg?
dmesg | grep -i voltage
(no result is good) --> if there is undervoltage, replace with original pi powersupply - SDR connected via USB extension (voltage drop on USB extension)? --> try without if possible
- Double-checked configured location?
- Virtualization / VM? --> hard to fix without pci passthrough instead of USB passthrough
- SDR might be malfunctioning
RPi3 or rpi zero 2:
- easily overloaded, test if feeding only 1 or 2 aggregators fixes the MLAT issue
- when using docker: disable healtchecks
rpi zero or rpi 1 / 2:
- mostly out of luck
