Changes
There are some scenarios where an endpoint may return an immutable response object. The main one is if they're directly returning the response to a
fetch. Currently there are some cases where we try to set a header on a response object, which would fail in this case. This fixes that by catching the error and instead returning a new Response with the same init and body.Fixes #11921
