This PR adds
python 3.10.0-rc2toci.ymlso it will be run as part of the standard CI suite.I also noticed that the docs action specified python 3.8 but the docs session in
noxfile.pyspecified 3.7 causing the docs session to just skip and therefore pass CI without actually building the docs, which I assume is not what we want so I've changed the docs session to python 3.8 innoxfile.pyto bring it in line with the other sessions that specify a python.This is all passing locally and on my forks CI. Let me know if anyone wants anything else as part of this 👍🏻
