Description

Adds some conditional gating features for various Espressif devices: ESP8266 & ESP32-[n].

Mainly addresses older toolchain errors and warnings, in particular related to ESP8266.

Note the TFMT conditional string format is for the FreeRTOS tick type TickType_t format that changed over the years.

Fixes zd# n/a

Testing

Tested on my 9-device jig with this script.

Also ran

make clean
make test
./wolfcrypt/benchmark/benchmark
