If lint and test steps pass in Travis, go ahead and deploy to WordPress.org plugin repo on master merge.
Currently this PR does not deploy but we should be able to see all other steps run in Travis build. Once we're ready for the deploy to run, we can set the env var
DEPLOYin Travis and rerun the master build.
