Small update to fix a small problem with duplicate game installations and a long standing typo that's been there since the beginning.

DayZExtract 1.0.6
This is a very minor update, I was getting a bit frustrated with having to start my game after an update before extracting due to the registry keys not being set after a game update. So I've changed my approach to how I'm detecting the game installation path, which is now much more reliable and does not depend on install scripts from Steam being ran. I've also set the parallelism of extracting to PBO count, so all PBOs will extract simultaneously increasing extract times marginally depending on IO and RAM available. The installer has finally be updated, I've dreaded having to touch it as I'm still very new to creating any kind of installation database, the new installer will replace the shortcuts with now editable shortcuts, so you can modify the launch parameters. The portable version will now include a bootstrapper which will install the required .NET dependency if it's missing from your machine.

- Added dependency bootstrapper to portable, will install dependencies if they're missing
- Made game detection more reliable
- All PBOs will extract simultaneously by default
- Updated installer technology
- Shortcuts are now editable
- Added shortcut to the desktop
