Since now SimGrid has a C++ API for platform description, we need to make this possible as well in WRENCH

          (#228) Added a Simulation::instatiatePlatform() that takes as input a

652a4da

function/functor that defines the compute platform programatically.
Added and example in examples/basic-examples. Updated/augmented the
documentation
