Add the Go to Console button back in the Root Organizations feature once the cookie path issue is fixed

Current Limitation

Description

Cookies(opbs and commonAuthId being set in / path rather than /t/carbon.super which results in unexpected behavior when we try to access the console of another root tenant. Ref[1]

Ideally, we should be able to maintain multiple sessions from different tenants. However, due to this behavior, we cannot have a super tenant session alongside others if we log in to the super tenant first.

This issue is tracked in #22615.

Suggested Improvement

Once above is fixed, we need to restore the Go to Console link.

It was reverted with this PR: wso2/identity-apps#7490
