In a couple different ConceptBoard reviews, users had implemented this component with a backpage header. The backpage header component uses an h1 by default.
IMO it's better to have this component use an h2 by default, that way it can be combined with other components. If the component needs to use an
h1, we can do that on a per page basis and likely use JS or just copy this partial into the theme and customize it.
