One of previous commit added section about "custom_script" builder in the middle of "west" builder documentation. Fix this by moving rest of the documentation to the correct place. Moulin had two undocumented modules: null builder and null fetcher. They are used mostly for debugging, but can come handy in production, so document them. Signed-off-by: Volodymyr Babchuk <[email protected]>
