fix: update CMake import file generation for architecture handling

  • Improved TARGET_PTRBYTES calculation to support additional architectures.
  • On DLL platforms, use IMPORTED_LOCATION to reference the dependent DLL file and IMPORTED_IMPLIB for the associated lib file.
