cmd-ssg Release 0.1

1. -v and -h are version and help flags
2. -i or --input specifies a location for file or folder
3. -s or --stylesheet adds a css stylesheet
4. input can be deep within files
5. can parse a title from input files
6. properly deal with markup and paragraphs
7. finally generates a proper html file(s) in the default /dist folder
8. rerun of the tool will erase what is in /dist folder and create new html files
