Create a homebrew packge for installation/compilation of shared lib on OSX. #17

Currently, one has to manually build the ycm_core.
Would be much better if this could be moved to a homebrew package
(pass args to the vim plugin folder during installation)

Sounds like a nice idea, but I'll leave implementing that to other contributors. :)

Lots of work to be done still.

I'm closing this since I won't be the one to implement it. Great idea though, but anyone who wants to implement it does not need this issue on the tracker to remind them.
