i  will keep the version same to the original jquery timeago plugin(https://github.com/rmm5t/jquery-timeago)

#main enhance for supporting the locale .
now the locale message will confirm to your language setting in the config/main.php file .
if you can't find the locale file according to your language just create it yourself and put it in the locales folder .
 note the locale file name  will be such format "jquery.timeago.{$canonicalLocalId}.js"

 #canonicalLocalId : In canonical form, a locale ID consists of only underscores and lower-case letters.
