After almost 2 years I just moved back to MacOS (for various reasons) so many changes afoot
- Bump ansible to 4.x with various playbook fixes
- Move to Pipenv
- Remove unnecessary macos defaults given 2 version of MacOS have been released
- Drop Quicklook plugins as some aren't supported on M1/Monterey
- Add custom macos keybindings for terminal/readline/emacs parity (I absolutely love these)
- Add verify playbook for some basic testing
- Other tweaks/changes/cleanups along the way
