Removing crypto daily, weekly, and monthly data endpoints due to dropped support from AV.

Pending AV confirmation to removed support before merging.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling f2d3db6 on bug/remove-deprecated-crypto-endpoints into ba3fa64 on master.

This is actually a data issue on the AV side. I'm keeping this open for anyone searching for info on why the builds are failing.

Note, all builds will fail the crypto data daily/weekly/monthly tests until it is reinstated.

Hey @conciousweb the ETA I currently have is: Our ETA is by the end of this month. I am in contact with them though, so if that changes, I'll post here and update you! Cheers
