Re-introduce RMD properties (speed, torque, temperature) and improve RMD pair synchronization #52

This PR uses commands 0x92 and 0x9C again for RMD motors to keep speed, torque and temperatures updated.
It also avoids RMD motor pairs running out of sync due to communication errors with one of them.
