  • Added new content documenting the Secure Credentials Enabled setting to the Visual Studio Code (VS Code) Extension for Zowe page.
  • Added missing link to Profile notes section.
  • Made additional, minor edits to page to meet current documentation standards.

### Modifying the `Secure Credentials Enabled` setting

When environment conditions do not support Visual Studio Code security handling, change the `Secure Credentials Enabled` setting with the following steps:

this should be ...do not support the Zowe CLI built in Credential Manager...
